Dental Surgery > PRF
This is an amazing treatment to help patients with wound healing and treat post-surgery tissue after dental implants, extractions, oral surgery, and periodontal procedures. Prior to surgery, the patient's blood is taken for fractionation or centrifuging. Some viscous membranes are formed that consist of the healing factors and the patient's original proteins. This material is used for post-treatment healing.
The wound heals better and the membrane also serves as a fixator of artificial bone. PRF can be used for patients aged 15 up to 80 years old. We perform this surgery in cases of implant surgeries, sinus lift, bone augmentation and selected package plans.
Price depends on the treatment plan chosen for your needs. Contact us for more.
The procedure lasts only 20 minutes.
No, you don’t have to repeat this procedure.
If the patient doesn’t do PRF, the wound heals more slowly. Infectious complications may also happen. If the wound does not heal well, the wound should be opened and cleaned.
